idk he's so far behind anyone who has any kind of sprint there's no way he can ever get good enough at that for this to matter.
The only way I see him win is that he somehow manages to hold an infernal pace over a hard cobble section and then keep the resulting gap to the finish. I don't think he can ever get to a point where he can attack hard enough to drop the rest, it has got to be some attrition thing over the course of minutes. Or RNG
