Lmao dude. New homes heat up like a greenhouse. Its old homes that dont. My sister lives in a modern home with lots of glass and thin walls insulated with pir (that does nothing against heat) and she runs her ac's all day summer basically.
I live in a 1930 solid brick wall home and it takes 5 days for the heat to get inside. I use my AC only in long heat waves.
