Intersting noombers from my stupid amazon consoomer products:
on the third day,
after two days of summer sun exposure, one 2hr mtb ride and one hour tanning on the beach to where I still needed to ride 5km and had my longer way around shop ride anyways so it is not a completely zero exertion day,
and on the third day from which the measurements are I've also had good 15kms of commute plus gym:
HR minimum -5bpm
HR resting -6bpm
Beyond Z1 zones halved
HR variability up 20ms (good)
It's like vitamin D is really essential
