Man, even ZZZ already has a way to obtain characters that aren't on re-run, but Genshin has NEVER introduced a way to obtain characters outside of rerun banners.
That's CRAZY what a missed opportunity to absolutely milk people.
I wonder if that's why, I wonder if the slightly lower age demo has any influence on how much they're willing to let you max a credit card on their game.
