The goal isn't just winning the war, but ensuring prosperity and security after it.
This have four premise:
- the clearness/pureness of the war goal [this seems to have a moral judgement again - Bernd]
- the pureness of the nation's moral, mental, and material behaviour
- good diplomacy
- good army
A war can be won without these, but the expected prosperity and security will be missed, and the Armed War will be followed by Armed Peace [was the Cold War like that? - Bernd], which is an unnatural system, and more wars will follow until the war reaches it's goal.
