This 30000 comes up in various forms. Why?
No, seriously, why?
First, back in 2024, they said Ukraine recruits 30K per month.
Then in early 2025 Zelensky said Ukraine had 30K KIA during the whole war.
Then late 2025 or early this year they said Russia has to recruit 30K per month to keep up with her losses.
Now they (Budanov) said Ukraine needs to recruit 30K per month to continue current operations.
What the fuck? Why is this 30K a magical number?

I have a nudging feeling to look each up, and source it. I think I even mentioned the first two on this board. Gonna take a look see.
