the worst thing about rules like these, at least that I have personally experienced in teams, is that when you have a low amount of chicks and they have to be present on the field at all times to meet some imaginary quota, they end up getting tired out pra caralho and either end up just walking around chatting (loses your team the game) or they end up just not wanting to play anymore (no more tournaments for you)
