I thought that might be the case, at least slowly, meaning that I am still losing fat but just not at the same fat/weight ratio as before. Though it would be strange since you dont usually lose mass just because you havent worked out for 2 weeks
Who knows. Simplest solution is probably just that my self-criticism is firing louder than usual
