That should probably depend on the disability but on the other hand I know that from my close family example that the commissions that determine if you're eligible for permanent neetbux are notoriously stingy with that assessment even if it's something like you'd have to regrow a leg or something lmao.
I mean obviously you're not gonna get the buxx when you're working but making it so that she loses the eligibility for it if she finds a job is probably a huge disincentive for her to try and find it. Unless I misunderstood your post and this is not how it works.
Basically I think the best incentives are positive ones in that case, as in the government subsidizing it so the jobs with disability note get paid a bit better, that makes it so they actually want to work if they still retain some of their benefits in direct pay.
