Sooooo, I think it might have been that new Texas law that's going in effect (talking about /tech/ purge). They're targeting specifically the depictions of AI generated CP, though the law is pretty vague, though I think obscenity laws don't work like that and it will work like intended probably.
Anyway it's a good thing someone is already interested in that loophole, normally things like that take decades to legislate.
