This is what you do, for each of the numbers. It\s a lot to do with deduction and in some cases the positions are obvious (like in this pic) but in the puzzle I posted in many cases they arent fully obvious
Also if the pic isnt clear, the 1s are blocking any tile that their arrow touches from being another 1 and using the two top ones and the bottom right 1 gives you the only position that the 1 can be in for the top right section
same with the 4s to find the position for the middle 4
