I think the only thing that fits (more or less) is the rows, but when you look at the columns or the squares it all falls apart very very quickly.
Oh, the zeros are probably there because I gave it the string in a certain format, as in I just copied it off some site and it looked like this :"700008201000210060200070009002000600405000702008000100600090004020065000901400006", where 0s mean empty squares obv.
