It's just the general culture shift, it's been much better 10-15 years ago. I remember browsing flash for random shit that anons did, it's been much more creative times on 4chan.

I've got that when I watch random youtube working out vids. Though thankfully I'm in the rhythm for a while now and it seems to be going better than worse, no big motivators needed.
