The course of events that got him charged were, first off, the ones i proposed to my group yesterday to use in the interrogation. Secondly, when the actual prosecutor didnt being them up, I did when I was asked if I had any questions to the perp. Whatever the pros asked lead to nothing and he wasn't charged for that but he got aggrevated assault for 2 years in pris based on the course of events and questions i asked that the defense couldnt explain off. Honestly very surprised though, the entire prosecutor team (except for the attorney) thought it was completely bombed and that we had no evidence for anything since I only had the chance to ask like half of the good questions and he skipped all of his good ones too, like painting the perp as being controlling and the victim as being financially dependent on her husband (which would explain her withdrawing almost all of her police interrogation testimony the 2nd time around
he asked a question like "do you consider the plaintiff economically inferior to yourself given your incomes" and then when the accused answered something completely different "I have my job and she has hers" he didnt keep pressing the question again AAAAAAAAA
