Never tried it, but I did eat it with my fingers. I do generally eat a lot with my fingers, well I wash my hands before and after but y'know.
I never tried eating spaghetti with a sauce with fingers, that's a bit too messy, but in general I use spoons or fingers and forks are kinda just there for me.
