I doubt it, if I'm being honest, I don't think my rents have a lot of life in them still and I need to get my life in order. They won't be here around forever and I'm also getting old anyway.
Maybe they'll live for another 10 years, maybe 5, maybe a year or 2 if I'm unlucky and wtf will I do if suddenly I have to deal with inheritance and house getting sold because every kid (including me) will want their share.
Anyway I'll need at least a year to get my finances in order, get all the stuff I need and maybe get some of the stuff done from the list of: teef, some kind of car + a loycense, maybe upgrade my pc?, there's a bunch of other minor stuff too.
