It's a funny thing, I was today's years old (31) when I learned that the contracts that are pretty common here that are also called "trash contracts" are literally a scam designed to take away every single employee benefit possible. As in they're not just a little worse, they go under the civil agreement law and have absolute minimum of protections. I have 0 idea how they're not yet stamped out because they're just basically used for that purpose only by 99% of the employers (instead of the supposed purpose) but I guess the least the gov did is that they included them under minimum wage so the employers cannot fuck you THAT hard.
I always thought that at least some of the regular employee contract law was applicable, like for example there are limits to how much you can "require" a person to work there, but nope, they can basically ask you to work 24/7 and you're supposed to comply or just quit lmao.
