You would think but it's uhhhhh, a small problem. Okay imagine if there was a massive quitting spree and there's literally noone or singular people that know wtf they're doing and actually getting someone up to speed isn't so easy, they need to work for at least a week or 2 to get a hang of things and probably more to not make any mistakes and we're talking about expensive mistakes. Mistakes that could cost the company more than 10 years of salary of a worker like that.
But yea, sure, do that. They actually fired half of their old workforce and it's almost bad. I could imagine them now trying to piss off some wrong peeps like me that would normally try to get everyone up to speed like the old workers.
