Oh yea I completely forgot because the blogpost was getting long and I wanted to finally finish writing but it's also kinda wack.
Well basically I'm pretty sure they're paying me wrong and I might have to go to a court to get the pay back but it's one of those sweatshop companies where they're trying their hardest to not pay you what you're owed.
Multiple people have reported so far getting underpaid and afaik (not a lawyer blah blah blah) they are actually getting underpaid, as in they're not getting paid their night bonus (codified in law), they're doing everything to skirt the law to not pay you overtime, and there's something fishy about the way they're splitting the pay over two different contracts that you sign to work for them (you sign both specifically so they don't have to pay you overtime) (probably only mildly illegal as in I have no idea if it would hold up in court but it might).
Anyway so far I'm like 125€ in the hole, as in that's how much I think they owe me but it's a slow process of clawing things back when I finally get them to admit/not admit but go the legal route.
