Doing those 40 reps of 40_ kilogram squats on monday has fucked my legs up. I was limping up the hill home due to DOMS and due to me being a general idiot and doing stupid shit yesterday for giggles and rolling my ankle
yes, that reads 40 kilograms. the bar + two 10s. it's so over... only 1/3 of my PB
