not how it works here. you've got to sign up to their sites and start amassing queue points and then you compete with everyone else and the one with the highest amount of points gets the place and unfortunately there are serial stoooodents who just go from program to program and live indefinitely in student apartments because they don't wanna get jobs or find a real apartment (even harder to get one of those)
