FIRST OF ALL I'm not a powershitter, second of all, I don't really think you can estimate bf% accurately without calipers BUT if you put in "bf % calculator" you'll get plenty of those that use US Navy method and it's a good approximation probably (as long as you measure yourself properly (it's explained on every site how to measure yourself properly probably)).
