In general you can see that they have a deadline of 19th Jan 2025 and are still trying to push through to the Supreme Court, highly doubtful it will help so that's a very low chance there. Personally I think Trump/whoever is the president at that point, just wants them to do concessions, either by selling off the part working in US to a fully American subsidiary, or something else that's more intricate, but less likely to go through (for example they would have to be able to provide proof that the data collected is stored only on US soil, very improbable).
In case all of this fails there's always a decent chance that American fus will start suddenly using vpns, of course that would also mean android phones but I guess if someone will set up a vpn they know how to "sideload" apps.
I've got no idea how the ban might work outside the app, since that's the only avenue that they can easily control by banning it from play/apple store.
