Okay I'll actually do any new years resolutions.
I'll do 5x12 one-handed pushups next year, 5x30 one-legged squats and 5x12 pullups, probably not on the same day but this is my goal.
I didn't really even skimp, most of it is at least 50% over my top form and I'm not in the top form right now.
