i HATE [local bus company]

before christmas? buses weren't running along X road
last week? buses were running along X road
today? buses aren't running along X road but they say they are

Ended up having to walk 25 minutes to a bus stop that's actually being serviced for real, only to wait 20 minutes for a bus to show up, despite them being listed as every 10 minutes and there being 2 buses running this route.
