Use the reload button at the form on the top of the page. Yeah it's kinda defeats the purpose of the Quick Reply window... but only when captcha is enabled for every posts. Normally it isn't. If you are a BO, enable when necessary (and the lack of reload feature might just annoy those who made you enable the captcha).

I think Kuroba support was asked earlier, then we are in the process of considering it. It isn't a priority, other projects go first.
