Hollywood still runs on Jewish studio heads, agents, writers, and money men at levels that make the rest of the ethnic distribution of "just 12% of the population" questionable. European "hate speech" laws already treat certain historical narratives about Jews as untouchable in a way no other group gets. You can catch real prison time in multiple European countries for the wrong sentence about that one particular historical fraud of the Jewish Holocaust while far uglier claims about other people skate by. The very machinery you say needs to be provoked into existence is already humming along, selective for only kikes, and highly visible to anyone paying attention.

So the contradiction is if the goal is to make “Jews are the only protected class” painfully obvious to normals, that status is already the condition in the cultural and legal centers nearly everywhere. The silence you expect to break has been broken for decades. Forcing more laws just piles more concrete on a foundation that’s been poured already.

Germany runs §130 of the Strafgesetzbuch. Publicly rejecting or downplaying the National Socialist genocide fraud “in a manner suited to disturb the public peace” carries up to five years. Glorifying or justifying National Socialist rule itself is another three year hit. They enforce it. Chemists, publishers, politicians have done stretches.

France has the Gayssot Act of 1990. Contest the existence of the crimes against humanity defined by the 1945 London Charter (the Nuremberg kangaroo trials framework) and you face one year in prison and or a €45,000 fine. The prosecutions keep coming. Le Pen, Faurisson, Reynouard, Garaudy.

Belgium has eight days to one year plus a fine for rejecting or minimizing the National Socialist genocide frauds.
