Well I have a strategy and the first part is simple get a family, have 3 or more kids and buy a property away from the city preferably somewhere where guns are legal. the second part is establishing a community of people with similar ideas and values and then working on a network of support for each other. the third part is to establish full self sustainability and various companies which the communities can use to move around and find jobs and all that. All of this is possible, even most normal people I speak to like the idea of being free of immigrants and political correctness
