There were no higher ideals than being a citizen of the Third Reich, then and now. On the societal aspect, there were the boys and girls of the Hitler Youth. In the SS, enlisted had different squad ranks while officers had different lead ranks. There wasn't a hierarchy of citizens besides mentioned in the quotes with employers / employees. To become greater and achieve higher was meant for all true German citizens and not jewish parasites. The latter whom both disparaged and degenerated culture before and after the Third Reich.
