Of course, the obvious is just an AU with No Celestia or Luna or her being raised as royalty from a young age, but my mind goes to the much darker place of a decapitation attack leaving a young unicorn Twilight as leader, probably from from being the most visible force responding to whatever disaster. Speaking of AUs...

I really need to find the scraps I wrote around this character. This is an official character. I believe toyline exclusive. I wanted to swap out Twilight for her and she'd be obsessed with fire.
