It looks somewhat unskilled because that Celestia looks like a cartoonish style (if we consider the FiM her realistic version). Her hair is really defined and the connection between her hair and the background goes smoothly and the smoke covers her softly.

I agree with your comment. While not unskilled, I personally like that aura style instead of the cutesy body´s character.
