Re Q2:
This board is somewhat different from QR because some others bc BO is also a baker. He developed the board and is still developing the dough. At this point, only BO works with the dough.

There are currently 3 bakers: BO, me (RH = Rolling_Home) and new baker. You can tell us from our tripcodes, which BO requested we use when baking. I think I'm the only one who has baked on QR/QRB (but BO may have); new baker has baked on ZeroNet, i think. I have not baked on other boards.

Assuming this level of activity or higher, we need moar bc otherwise we will burn out.

Baker0 or Boardoperator0 = BO.
He sometimes calls me #1 bc i was the first baker after him and new baker #2.
