Wrote you a reply there, too late i guess. Apologize too but it was end of bred. There is nothing i can do, unfortunately. You made me realize that when notes aren't part of the dough, mistakes can't be corrected. Not as soon as the bred is baked. So thanks for that, i passed it along to BO, maybe he will consider using QR dough model. Might be one reason Q said "revert" to FJ, one i hasn't considered b4.
