These people are stupid. They aren't creative, and they aren't good at it.

A general rule of thumb in life: if I'm doing something for longer than 5 seconds, I make sure to consider: "What am I getting out of this?"
Think about that before responding. If you get a chuckle, like I do from interacting with them, by all means. If you've got something better to do, ignore. They'll change up to something else once you don't respond for a bit -- maybe that next one will be interesting?
