Pilot was Dr. Daniel P. Greenwald of Tampa, Florida.
He was a plastic surgeon and apparently had three planes acc. to what can be found (pic2).

His planes were Extra 330LX, L-39C and a Piper Navajo Chieftain (two engines), which might be the one that crashed (some reports mention two engine plane crashed in Kokomo).
