Folding in the notables is easy. You just follow the instructions until you've got all the dough pages in the new bred. Then--before adding the dough post--just copy-pasta the notables as the next post. If they're too long, split them into two posts.
Sequence:
a. post dough pages (around 6-8 pages) to create the new thread (bred)
