On January 9, 2025, PINEDA was convicted of felony robbery by the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, and was sentenced to two years of formal probation. On March 7, 2025, the same court convicted PINEDA of felony assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm), resulting in a sentence of 364 days in jail.
6. Richard Antonio Rangel-Quinonez- Tren de Aragua member who has multiple tattoos that are widely recognized by law enforcement as being associated with the TDA gang. Additionally, a review of Rangel’s social media accounts revealed a photo in which the subject is displaying a hand sign commonly used by TDA members. In 2023, Rangel was convicted of domestic violence and disorderly conduct in the Phoenix area.
7. Jose Morales Torres- In 2019, Morales was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. The case resulted in a conviction for a lesser charge—obstructing or resisting a public officer—in November 2020. Additionally, in 2020, Morales was convicted of battery causing serious bodily injury and false imprisonment with violence.
8. Manuel Mejia Puente- As of April 2023, Mejia has been designated a gang member affiliated with the Partido Revolucionario Mexicano (PRM). Mejia's criminal history includes a 2002 conviction for theft, a 2006 conviction for evading arrest or detention, and a 2006 conviction for aggravated robbery. Additionally, the subject was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) in 2021.
9. Jorge Zerpa-Belancourt- (Tren de Aragua member) He has multiple tattoos, several of which are consistent with known symbols associated with the TDA gang. A review of Zerpa’s social media accounts revealed imagery suggestive of gang involvement, including displays of bulk cash, gang-related statements, firearms, and references to gang affiliation. In 2023, the District Court in Little Rock, Arkansas, convicted Zerpa of multiple offenses, including filing false statements, making terroristic threats, domestic battering, interference with emergency communication, and theft. In 2024, the Little Rock Police Department arrested Zerpa for first-degree criminal mischief involving property damage exceeding $1,000.
10. Daniel Fernandez Rodriguez- Tren de Aragua member, who has been identified through multiple law enforcement operations as having close associations with five confirmed members of the TDA gang. These associations have also been corroborated through local law enforcement encounters and arrest records. In 2024, the New York City Police Department arrested Fernandez for grand larceny in the fourth degree. Later that same year, Fernandez was also arrested for second-degree robbery involving physical injury. Additionally, in 2024, Fernandez was arrested in Illinois on charges of burglary and obstructing justice.
