I'm not really suggesting a solution or end goal here, just an additional lens to observe yourself, a lens that should come before other lenses. Which are only tools in your disposal to deal with things and yourself.
It won't change the scene, but it will rearrange its order, and it helps to make sense of things. A lot like if you organize the dirty dishes before washing, you can wash it way more efficiently. While Phenomenology is often my first lens, its almost never the only lens.
