I don't know why people need medicare or doctors. I have not visited a doctor in the last 10 years or so and have not had any problems and have never been sick except the two times I had covid or some kind of flu(i don't know what it was because i didnt visit a doctor, but it was gone after one week of rest). All one needs is a good diet in my opinion
