I have not visited a doctor in the last 10 years or so and have not had any problems and have never been sick except the two times I had covid or some kind of flu(i don't know what it was because i didnt visit a doctor, but it was gone after one week of rest). Do you know your exact problem or diagnosis? For me the cause is a dust mite allergy I think. At least that what doctor told me many years ago when I was first tested for allergies.
