As far as Fallout goes I'm a pleb beacuse I've only played 3 and New Vegas. Fallout 4 looked too cartoonish for my tastes so I never played it lol. New Vegas is the coolest one anyway. The first two do look to be le quirky, but like I said I've never played them.
