The Mr Pool account is some kind of future predictor account or knower or time traveler. He has predicted a lot of stuff like the Trump Melana pic that I posted, different events and news articles, and now recently the citibank blackout. He posted it exactly 3 years in advance on the same day and month with a 3 year time difference. This account has also at least once referenced XRP
