Small fuel pump was too weak for the torch cooler. Switched to a GM windshield washer pump. Those will melt themselves after around 15 minutes at full output, but this time I have it running off a PWM, at around 25% flow it seems to not be melting itself and is still flowing much more than the small fuel pump. 1 year parts store warranty on that pump too.
