A "physically constrained" security works by the logic that we have a known number of powerful machines in the world that can make this "data diamond", and we can derive from that to trust it.
It's never impossible that someone else would be able to reproduce it, but it will necessarily cost them more than they will get by breaking it.

For us users, it would only mean that we would login in services and even secure our connections (such as loading an URL) via the blockchain, using tokens.
But also mean that in order to host your own shit securely on the network via your computer, you would have to either buy/lend some of that security diamond, or produce your own (enough of it to make it too costly to steal your shit, more or less like how heavy is your safe door).

It's not about making AI too expensive for the bad guys, its about making it unprofitable to use AI (or other means) to break/steal shit. It will cost too much to break shit, but just using shit in general will not cost too much.

The only negative is that it costs to secure expensive shit. If your shit is worthless, then it is cheap to protect it.
