Right now the opsec teams are already overwhelmed, next the governments are going to start to decide what to shut down and what to keep online.
An easy choice will be cutting the international cables, every country will become intranet. That will slow things down a lot so this will be a long standing state.
They will start to talk about it in pandemic terms, holistic. Digital Lockdowns, etc...

Exchanges will be shut down to protect people's stuff, and super clunky reverse turin test shit will be the only way to move your stuff in them.

Banks will be shut down, because they can't differentiate customers from hackers. The money will not be stolen, but they could wipe it all, either themselves or as result of hacking.

Power grids, infrastructure, etc... will be mostly fucked in the first waves, will be the justification to shut down international cables.

I got myself a starlink antenna because it will come back faster and all, but we will all probably cut off for a while. I don't think endchan will come back very soon in this new network, so ya'll who are on discord take note of my X ID, it will be a rally point eventually.

If you are in non-WEF territory, it will be fine, you will have governmental support to a degree. Police, etc...
