First, greater America (New World). Liberalism dies and with it so die democracy and more importantly the "Financial Order" (Society being organized by financial needs).
The financial order became obsolete in the late industrial era, we did not have the need for mass cheap labor to feed everyone and keep a standard of living for many decades now. They instead created a fake services industry in the developed countries to keep the financial order working, and instead of progressing with industrialization's natural route, we moved to mass cheap labor in other countries to colonize them.
We then got into a decel cycle, holding back energy production, space exploration and physics in order to not have new disruptive shit that would destroy the financial order.
This bit of context is important to understand that AI is not the thing that brings post-scarcity, AI just made the financial order impossible to keep maintaining, its the disruptive thing they missed. Internet was still manageable, but this shit ends intellectual property and all sorts of copes.
In greater America, the post-financial order will be embraced, in Europe it will be rejected. Europe will become a theological (a step back from the financial order, from banks to mosques) anti-tech cult.
In the greater America we enter in post-financial order capitalism, in which the individual's survival is not part of the game, but corporations fight like beasts for power and influence above that. Anyone with a wallet gets fed, housed and entertained, a moderate luxurious life even if he has to watch a few ads for it. This is started and maintained mainly by post-financial order corps, like SpaceX, whose production capacity will be so massive they don't even care about feeding billions of people just to maintain the new social order. Other corps can only deal with it. Those gigacorps have their own ideologies and strings attached that come with this new social contract, but you get some choice.
Some governments are 'private' in which they kept lands, natural resources, etc... but their shares are owned by whoever were the citizens and who inherited those shares, and they have a democratic internal system to decide how those corps operate and what corps get to produce with those resources and how much they have to redistribute for it, etc...
