Pestilance, War, Famine... Death?
This is a modern interpretation of the four horsemen of the apocalypse, originally the first one was Conquest. Still, this is a meme by now and represents something. "Famine" appearing may mean something in this context, if this is a process. Trump may as well represent Conquest and Corona is irrelevant, or they're interchangeable.
