Aside from that, the obvious Umbrella inc creating the zombie virus and Racoon being an anagram of Corona. This is kind of beside the point but it's a clear hint in plain view. From Uptown you know what this is, that is was planned since long, and that creating things like this serves both as an outlet for conspiracies, while leaving the necessary information for the Downtown consensus reality to function.
