Some place in the midwestern USA, I didn't look too closely because the Raids are autonomous and will find the target on their own. It was a base hidden in some mountain with some strange machine in it. They used it to copy people's entire mind and throw it into a centrifuge where it would become heavy with negativity, then use it to attack people by presenting the worst version of themselves to them telepathically. I suppose there were other uses, but that's what I saw. Basically doing Satan's work.

They got RAIDED™ using a civil war era cannon and a Gatling gun, because it's silly and functional.
