Yes, the author chose to publish his book with becomealivinggod because he likes Koetting altought he originally wanted to work with someone else. Therefore to no surprise the book costs 79$ on their site with the cheapest version. The author himself claims he has studied and practiced vampirism for a long time and worked together with some powerful vampire masters and groups (as far as I can remember, been a while since I read it). The association with Koetting might be unfortunate but I found the book itself more solid than anything else I have read so far, like temple of the vampire, strigoi vii etc. Altought I cannot judge the sigils and the description of the gods and also the historic accounts he presents.
